Roane Medical Center's dietary department is dedicated to serving patients and visitors with quality foods of nutritional value. We strive for customer satisfaction through safe and efficient use of resources. The dietary staff calls patients every day for meal requests. Meals are prepared and delivered to patient rooms according to prescribed diets. If a patient is scheduled for tests or treatments meals may be delayed. Guest trays are available. If you have questions or wish to talk with the dietitian, please ask a staff member for assistance.
