Medical Records : If you are inquiring about obtaining Medical Records, please call (865) 316-2075. Our HIM staff will be happy to help you with this process. The Medical Records/HIM Department at Roane Medical Center is located on the Ground Floor of the Professional Office Building. Medical Records is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Roane Medical Center does not release patient information over its website. We follow strict Federal and State regulations (including HIPAA) to protect the security and privacy of patient information. Also please note, in accordance with Tennessee State law, there may be a charge associated with obtaining a copy of your records.
